Fortunately your cab arrived soon afterwards and phoned my son as arranged and then followed the oter cab , pulled him 9ver and transferred my son to the correct car and the driver sorted it all out. Very grateful. "

"The taxi was booked for 3pm , he turned up at 2.45pm , we were not ready at that point. So asked the driver to wait until the 3pm booked allocation. When we went out to find the driver, he was not there. We called and got told the driver waited for 10minutes and left. This was unacceptable because we had paid in advance, and we were outraged because we were going to a wedding. So I called the taxi contact number we had, and they told us its a busy time with the school runs, allthough we had booked way in advanced! He then said he would send another driver out to us, 40 minutes had passed and still no driver! Eventually he turned up. We were 30 mins late to the wedding and were extremely embarrassed turning up late infront of everyone. The service was unacceptable. We paid £95!! For what was a short journey to the venue and back. We had friends who had a taxi booked with the same A Stars cabs that came to pick us up, and they paid £18 between 4 of them! I fully expect that you understand my fustration with the service we have had through your company, and expect a refund of some sort to make up for the terrible service, turning up late to the wedding , and causing such stress and embarrassment on what was meant to be a happy day. "

I was OK to find him but it would be nice to have the confirmation instructions in line with the expectations of the driver. The driver was very friendly."

There was a slight delay getting out of the racecourse due to crowds. We were at the pick up point by 11.05pm. "The booking process was easy and clear but the experience was not good. 1. Due to inclement weather i called the taxi company Choice Cab who were responsible and accepted the booking from Taxi Code. I explained we needed to rebook the taxi for 45 mins later as the flight was late. The gentlemen i spoke to said he couldnt as potentially the driver was already in route. I gave a 2.5 hr warning to delay by 45 mins. The gentlemen hung up on me so i called Taxi Code who quickly rebooked us at the time we needed the taxi. No issue... 2. The taxi driver was 30 mins late 3. We paid for a meet and greet and the driver refused to come out of the taxi and asked for passengers to find him outside. 4. The driver complained the entire journey of the weather and snow and at several times explained he would no longer continue and offered for the passengers to get out and walk on country lanes. 5. The taxi finally made it 2km from the house and refused to go further stating it had been 2 hrs on a drive that should have taken 1.3 hrs and that it was dangerous to continue when cars kept passing by with no difficulty. he asked for the passengers to step out and walk at 9pm at night on the A52. Being stuck with no other means od transport - the passengers walked 2kms to the house. I dont know if it is illegal or not to abandon passengers on the road but its certainly immoral and irresponsible."
